If a product is in stock the product will say quantity in stock on the product page below the Add to Cart button. In stock orders will ship within 48-72 hours unless you have also ordered “Available to Order” items which then will ship when order is complete.
If product needs to be ordered you will see a mention below the Add To Cart button which states “Available To Order”.

After you’ve added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout instructions and we’ll process your order right away. You can also put your items on hold by saving them in your Shopping Cart or on your wish list to access at a later date.

Do I get an order confirmation?
Upon placing an order with Allysa Shop, you will be sent a confirmation email after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a confirmation order providing product information under my orders. If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘bulk’ or ‘junk’ folder and it should be there. Do You Charge Taxes?
The Allysa is required to collect GST tax on orders shipping in India. All international orders require that we collect tax or duties on shipping if any based on recipients country and it’s laws.
What if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase? How do I return it?
We make every effort to select and sell products constructed of the highest-grade materials built by highly skilled people to exacting standards. We also keep up-to-date information on all our products so that you may make informed choices when purchasing from us. However, we understand that sometimes you may simply change your mind. Items are carefully designed and packaged to withstand the rigors of travel, but sometimes damage does occur en route.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If there is any damage or if any product is defective, contact us immediately.
In order to process your claim, please send us unboxing digital photos and videos including one photo of the box that the item shipped in. Make sure to keep all of the original packing material! We will work with you to ensure your item(s) are repaired or replaced in a timely manner at no extra cost to you. Conditions Apply.

What is included with free shipping?
We offer FREE STANDARD / GROUND SHIPPING within Delhi NCR on all orders over ₹ 999, before taxes. (We charge a shipping fee for other parts of India and International orders. Please inquire for fees involved.

How and where do you ship my order?
The majority of items are shipped via DTDC, GATI, Delhivery or Speed Post. For larger items we use specialized third party freight carriers such as UPS or FedEx.
